The comfort and well-being of every dog is my absolute priority and I aim to give each dog a positive experience. I am a C&G Qualified Dog Groomer & Dog Walker, Licensed Home Boarder & Day Care Provider, Canine First Aid Trained & Fully Insured working from my secure, relaxing, modern home based environment.

Grooming services are provided for small-medium breeds of any age using high quality professional products. For the more nervous dogs or pups slower speed, less powerful equipment is used for their comfort and to help build their confidence in grooming. For the nervous dog owners I send video clips and photos throughout the groom to assure owners their dog is happy, safe and willing to be groomed (no dog is forced to undergo a groom/teeth clean or any treatment).
Before a groom an initial sniff and explore around in the garden is offered. Sniffing can help to reduce stress in dogs by releasing endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects to help calm dogs. Breaks are given during the groom if needed. The older dogs will benefit from a padded table cover, support aids to help enhance comfort and gentle soothing music. Grooms are never rushed or booked back-to-back to allow every dog a stress-free and pleasant experience.
Boarding & Walking services for small to medium breeds in a relaxing, safe atmosphere. I will never have more than 4 dogs boarding at one time which can also suit the the older or less abled dogs or dogs who are just happier at a slower pace of life. You can rest assured your dog's needs will be provided for whether they want to chill in a calm space both indoors and outside, with enrichment games offered or just lots of cuddles and TLC if that is wanted. Dogs also are walked daily in a group walk in beautiful Welsh woodland, countryside and beaches.
Meet & Greets and a trial session is provided before any booking is confirmed to ensure all dogs are happy and comfortable.
(Unfortunately I cannot take entire male dogs for Boarding, Daycare or Walking).
There is easy parking at Mucky Paws premises or if you prefer a local collection/drop off service can be arranged for a small fee.

I offer introduction sessions for puppies to become accustomed to the salon environment.
Grooming, Home Boarding, Day Care and Walking services are offered for small-medium sized dogs. I can cater for elderly dogs or dogs that just need that extra TLC and slower pace of life with patience and kindness and also provide enrichment and fun for all dogs.

Your pet's happiness and care is my priority and I strive to provide a service I would want my own pets to receive. An open plan, safe, double-gated property with a large secure garden area for dogs to use is offered, additionally equipped with CCTV both inside and out for added security.
