At Mucky Paws ...
The comfort and well-being of every dog is my absolute priority, and I aim to give each dog a positive experience through my dog grooming, dog walking services, and dog daycare offerings. I am a C&G Qualified Dog Groomer & Dog Walker, Licensed Home Boarder & Day Care Provider, Canine First Aid Trained, and Fully Insured, working from my secure, relaxing, modern home-based environment.
Grooming small breeds only, offering teeth cleaning and nail clipping for small-medium breeds
Grooming services for dogs are provided for small to medium breeds of any age, utilizing high-quality professional products. For more nervous dogs or pups, I use slower speed and less powerful equipment to ensure their comfort and to help build their confidence during grooming. For anxious dog owners, I send video clips and photos throughout the grooming process to assure them that their dog is happy, safe, and willing to be groomed—no dog is ever forced to undergo grooming, teeth cleaning, or any treatment.
Before each grooming session, an initial sniff and explore around the garden is offered. Sniffing helps reduce stress in dogs by releasing endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects that can calm them. Breaks are provided during the grooming if needed. Older dogs will benefit from a padded table cover, support aids for enhanced comfort, and gentle soothing music. I ensure that grooms are never rushed or booked back-to-back, allowing every dog a stress-free and pleasant grooming experience.
Additionally, I offer licensed dog boarding and doggie day care for small to medium breeds in a relaxing, safe atmosphere. I limit the number of dogs boarding at one time to no more than four, which accommodates older or less able dogs, or those who prefer a slower pace of life. You can rest assured that your dog's needs will be met, whether they want to relax in a calm indoor or outdoor space, enjoy enrichment games, or receive lots of cuddles and TLC. Dogs are walked daily in groups through beautiful Welsh woodlands, countryside, and beaches.
Before any booking is confirmed, I provide a meet and greet and a trial session to ensure all dogs are happy and comfortable.
(Unfortunately, I cannot accept unneutered male dogs for boarding, daycare, or walking services).
There is easy parking available at Mucky Paws premises.

Quality Pet Care
I have been successfully serving the pets and families of local areas, ensuring their visit for dog grooming is a positive and happy experience. I offer introduction sessions for puppies to become accustomed to the salon environment. My services include dog boarding, dog daycare, dog walking services, and grooming for small to medium-sized dogs. I can cater to elderly dogs or those that just need extra TLC and a slower pace of life, providing patience and kindness, while also ensuring enrichment and fun for all dogs.
Reliable and Trustworthy Caretakers
Life can be busy, making it challenging to consistently provide the attention and care your pets need. With years of experience in dog boarding, dog daycare, dog grooming, and dog walking services, you can trust Mucky Paws Dog Services to care for your pets and ensure they enjoy their visit.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your pet's happiness and care is my priority, and I strive to provide a dog boarding service that I would want for my own pets. I offer a safe, open plan, double-gated property with a large secure garden area for dogs to enjoy. In addition to dog daycare and dog walking services, the property is equipped with CCTV both inside and out for added security, ensuring your pet is well cared for and protected. For those looking for dog grooming options, I also provide those services to keep your furry friends looking their best.
