Prices & Grooming Cancellation Policy

Grooming: Pricing is determined by the dog's coat, size, breed and condition.  This will be discussed in your initial consultation so there are no surprises.  Please see cancellation policy below

Dematting: A £10 de-matting fee will be charged for matted dogs - At Mucky Paws our policy is to remove severely matted coats by gently clipping them off for the dog's comfort and well-being.  Brushing help and advice is then on hand moving forward.

Flea Infestations: I do not knowingly accept dogs who unfortunately have fleas, however there will be a £15 fee if fleas are found to cover the cost of flea bombing and thorough deep clean of the groom room plus additional washing of towels, clothes etc.

Teeth Cleaning: The Cleany Teeth Ultrasound non invasive cleaning system is £25 an initial session of 20-30 minutes.   If there are no results or the dog is not happy to have their teeth cleaned, there is no charge.  Sometimes several sessions are needed depending on level of the plaque build-up.  Thereafter a maintenance clean is then recommended.

Nail trimming with complimentary ear clean: 

£12 small/medium breeds

£15 medium/larger breeds

Home Boarding - starts from £30 a night*

Day Care - starts from £25 per day (£20 half day)*

Dog Walking - £15 a full hour walk*

* only male dogs which have been neutered are accepted for boarding, 

daycare and walking

Grooming Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please allow at least 24 hours notice. If you miss your appointment, without giving advanced notice, you will be charged for that missed appointment and will have to pay in full before you are able to book another appointment.
