Dog Grooming Prices and Cancellation Policy

Grooming: Pricing for dog grooming is determined by the dog's coat, size, breed, and condition. We will discuss these factors in your initial consultation to ensure there are no surprises. Please see our cancellation policy below.

Dematting: A £12 de-matting fee will be charged for matted dogs. At Mucky Paws, our policy is to gently clip severely matted coats for the dog's comfort and well-being. We also provide brushing help and advice moving forward.

Flea Infestations: We do not knowingly accept dogs with fleas. However, if fleas are found during grooming, a £20 fee will be applied to cover the cost of flea bombing and a thorough deep clean of the grooming room, along with additional washing of towels and clothes.

Teeth Cleaning: Our Cleany Teeth Ultrasound non-invasive cleaning system is available for £25 for an initial session lasting 20-30 minutes. If there are no results or your dog is unhappy with the teeth cleaning process, there will be no charge. Sometimes several sessions are needed depending on the level of plaque build-up, after which a maintenance clean is recommended.

Nail trimming, along with a complimentary ear clean, is priced at:

- £13 for small/medium breeds

- £15 for medium/larger breeds

Home Boarding starts from £33 a night*, while Dog Daycare begins at £25 per day (£20 for half day)*. Our Dog Walking prices are set at £15 for a full hour walk*.

*Please note that only male dogs which have been neutered are accepted for boarding, daycare, and walking services.

Grooming Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or rearrange your dog grooming appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you miss your appointment without giving advanced notice, you will be charged for that missed appointment and will have to pay in full before booking another appointment.
